SHRM Western Arizona, formerly known as the Southwest Arizona Human Resource Association (SAHRA), became an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Yuma, Arizona, in 2004. The chapter was the first to be chartered under SHRM's national membership affiliation guidelines.
Today, 100% of SHRM Western Arizona members are also members of SHRM, reflecting our continued commitment to serving the HR profession and maintaining a strong connection to the SHRM community.
